My Galant now has done this 2 times. It starts to sputter while at a stop then either stalls or creeps down the road. The 1st time after it sat for a few minutes it started and has been fine for about 4 weeks, the check engine light was on ,then one day it was off. Tonight it did it again. Sat in driveway for a few minutes and it appears to be fine again. the check engine light is on again, mileage is 46600.4 cylinder any ideas??

I would start by getting the computer scanned for trouble codes.
Stop at autozone,they will do it for free.
