1990 Riviera 3.8 too much fuel! Can't Post

My wonderful mechanic is stumped.....this car has a new mass air flow sensor and tps, but is still running like fuel is getting dumped into it.......when warm,it will idle very rough and stall; when he did the new mas, he thought he solved it but it came back after just a few miles......read about the fuel pressure regulator, and wonder about the ecm....it is not putting out any codes now, as the check engine light went off with new mas......

Please help!

The ecm controls the amount fuel & delivery ....have there been a fuel pressure test? The wrong spark plugs can cause this problem too....The only (sure) way to know is to have a diagnostic run on it by a advanced scanner.
