running lamps will not turn off.

Engine size 2.2
When I turn the head lights off the running/parking lamps stay on. If I play around with the Key fob unlocking and locking the doors they will turn off after 10 mins of doing this.
when I pull the fuse they will turn off and stay off when I put the fuse back in. some times it works as it should. But now its been doing it more and more.
Thinks for any info and Help on this.
