Fan problem Can't Post

i have a chevy venture 2001, problem is: after driving for some times the two fans start together and tempreture drops down, even though the tempreture is normal and the AC off. i'v changed the sensor, and it works good but for few days and the problem came again....any help?

?? Temp shouldn't drop a noticeable amount if engine is at a real normal temp. Think - going down the highway there's more air than the fans can do and the temp stays steady. It may be overheating or up to a temp where fans are called for where the sensor is located?? Is coolant full at both radiator and reservoir?
