99 Blazer Turn Signal Problem Can't Post

I have a 99 Blazer with the conbination turn signal and hazzard flasher unit. When the turn signals and the hazzard lights are off, the flasher unit intermitently buzzes. The buzzing is the flasher relay opening and closing. When I turn on either the turn signal or hazzard flashers, the buzzing stops. Also, it stops when I apply the brakes. I've replaced the flasher unit and the buzzing changed but did not stop. Can anyone help me.

Check all the bulb sockets involved. Too much electrical draw will cause strange things. Easy and free to rule that out, - T
