98 plymouth voyager rear vent windows won't open Can't Post

I have a 98 Plymouth Grand Voyager with about 180000 miles on it. The rear vent windows have stopped operating. The left side stopped working first, a couple of months ago during a winter storm with sub-zero temps. The window became stuck open and I had to manually close it. After that, it would no longer open either automatically or manually. The right side worked just fine, however -- until a couple of weeks ago. It just stopped opening, and I can't get it to open manually as well.

No strange noises or odd behavior have been noticed (except in the case of my kids -- who always make strange noises and have odd behavior...).

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Michael
