2000 Cavalier Electrical Problem Can't Post

Hey! Can anyone help me with a minor problem (minor right now, that is!)? Some of the electrical parts inside my 2000 Cavalier don't work. All the dash lights *seem* to be working, but the lights by the gear shifter don't. Additionally, the 12v outlet does not work either. Could be a circuit they're both tied into? I can't find my manual right now, but I'm pretty sure I checked all of the fuses and they worked. Does anyone have a link to the electrical diagram for this model, or is anyone able to supply me with some suggestions on how to take care of this?

Much thanks in advance!

Easy- get an owner's manual at a junkyard or where ever. It will tell which fuse controls what. It may just be a fuse but can't say. It must be verified OK for more info on this. Good luck, get a manual,
