I PAYED FOR A DUAL IN-DASH TOUCH SCREEN CD/DVD PLAYER AND THE DESCRIPTION ON EBAY SAID IT WORK FINE,BUT WHEN I GOT IT,IT WAS A DIFFERENT STORY.IT WAS A SOLD AS IS ITEM. THE PROBLEM WITH IT IS THAT IT DOESN'T WANT TO ACCEPT ANY CD/DVD DISC. EVERYTHING WORKS FINE EXCEPT THIS. I TRIED TO LOOK IN THROUGH THE FRONT TO SEE IF A DISC WAS STUCK, BUT I DIDN'T SEE ANYTHING.IT'LL ACCEPT MY DISC 3/4 OF THE WAY AND STOP.

Have you try getting intouch with the people at ebay ?

I have learnt my lesson with eBay also. the thing to remember is ask as many questions as you can about the item, and when something says "as is" It is usually a piece of crap. Ebay will probably do nothing as you just assumed the item was working and didnt ask the question (fell in this trap)

My advice to you is: If you paid a big for it, try and get the CD insert looked at by a stereo system place. if you got a bargain..REPLACE THE HEAD UNIT AND RE-SELL ON EBAY "as is"
