I own a 93 Nissan Altima and a JVC CD unit
I recently left the light on my car on and the battery died. I had my car jumped and now my stereo won't turn on.
When the faceplate is in, the button to turn it on lights up red like usual, but when I press it I get nothing.

I am not a car or audio person. Any help would be appreciated.

Try un hooking a battery cable for 30 seconds. This might reset it.
