93 Topaz: car stereo (AM/FM) removal and replaced with AM/FM cd player from my 94 Mazda protege (Sony EXCD-406). I would like to replace the AM/FM stero (working fine) with the CD player/AM-FM stero. Need to remove the old one first, appears that I need a special tool, although I've heard you can use a coat hangar (bent to appropriate shape). Please provide details to help me change stereos.

You need stereo removal keys. Coat hangers are kinda flimsy and can sometimes do more damage then good.
