CD stuck in CD changer will not play or eject

Sounds like the loader is either jammed or broken. You will need to take out head unit, undo the top, and take your CD out that way, or force it out the front with your fingers. Take it to an electronics expert and get them to diagnose for you. You will probably need to replace the entire unit.
