Honda Civic Making humming/vibrating sound

I have a 2001 Honda Civic Sedan Manual transmission with about 60,000 miles on it. I hear this humming or vibrating sound on the passenger side but it only makes that sound when I go over 60-65 miles per hour? If anyone can help me find out what the problem is I would appreciate it. Thanks.
