99 Mazda 626 LX 2.0 Can't Post

I have a 1999 Mazda 626 and I get a loud squealing noise every time I start my car. It also happens while I am driving. If I have my heat or air running it just gets louder and faster. The noise seems to be worse at high rpm's and when the rpm's go down the squealing goes away. Can someone help me?????

Check belt tension. If not tight enough the alternator may be slipping trying to charge the battery after a start up and keeping up with the blower for heat or air.

You shouldn't be able to spin alt with your hand with engine off - keys out please,
