pump fuel pressure Sign In

1995 GMC 1500 V6 2wd Hayhes Manual specs. 9 to 13
lbs. at the fuel regulator, reading the pressure at the filter input it is 10 lbs. What is the spec. range for this pump, shouldn't it be 15 or more lbs.? Engine runs a little rough, slow to start.
