just replaced rear u-joint on 94 gmc c3500 truck and it won't reach the rear differential
can someone help

Drive Shafts should have a slip spline either at trans or a center point that if that style will also have a grease fitting.
What happened? Did you replace the joint with the shaft ON this truck still?
Either way the shaft should just pull towards rear yoke to "U" bolt back on,
