charging problems

I have a 1995 chevrolet stepside p/u 4.3 liter I have replaced the alternator 2 times battery 2 times and starter 3 times and flywheel but when i try to start it wants to drag. what is my problem. all parts came from oreilly auto parts

Does it do this all the time? Have you performed a voltage drop test on the battery cables?
