2002 Trailblazer Ratchet Noise From Heater Area

I had a click noise from my heater/AC unit under the dash when you start the vehicle. Dealer said they knew exactly what it was and replaced some component that took almost 4 hours to complete under warranty. I was told the problem requires mostly labor. Noise came back in about 2,000 miles and just over warranty. I think it's got something to do with the Heater Blend Door Actuator but how do you find it and get to it?
