Found the hose and it was collapsed. 4wd working perfectly! Two trips to the local mechanic and no results. Try this one, I get only heat through the defrost and dash vents. The floor vent and the defrost\floor vents do not open. I have replaced the actuators on the transfer case and the one beneath the battery box with no results.
