1997 chevy not starting Sign In

I've got a 1997 Chevrolet half ton pick up with a 5.7, leavin work and it just died while i was driving. took it home checkin it out, fuel pump is running, priming and shutting off like its supposed to. i found a firing problem, changed plugs, coil and firing solenoid, but still getting weak to no spark, any suggestions?

Test the fuel pressure and post it here.
Use an adjustable spark tester to determine the actual strength of the spark.

Also if there are any trouble codes stored in the engine computer, let us know what the code numbers are.

I'm gonna guess it's a cap......If I have a 2nd chance I'll go with a rotor
