My garage put in new stablizer bolts, but the problem persists. Could it be the drive axle? I've experienced some problems putting it into 4 wheel drive and taking it out again. Also not a bad idea to pull a sample off the drain so you can look for metal in it. Your actuator motor in the axle could possibly be acting up and could give you a grinding noise if it is binding as it engages and disengages. Need to get this in the air and look closely at all front end parts. Sway bar links are new, but what shape are the frame mount bushings it? What about the steering linkage and control arm bushings? The actuator motor was replaced 7 years ago.
