1994 GMC Sonoma vehicle jerking

I test drove a 1994 GMC Sonoma and when the truck was deaccellerating once in a while the truck jerks and is very noticable. The engine was just steam cleaned. I dont know what it could be?

did you check the distributor cap sometimes moisture gets in and you won't even notice any cracks in the distributor cap
