1992 F150 automatic problem

I have a 1992 Ford F150 with the 5.0 motor. Automatic with overdrive 2 wheel drive. for some reason recently when my truck get wramed up it starts sifting really hard in the lower gears. when i start to take off and during some of the lower shift points.
Any help would be great.

there are a few TSB's on the subject. most concern shift solenoids. best to check with a shop with a good tranny tech.
