1988 GMC K1500 V8 (350) fuel pump removal Login - Sign Up

I posted a previous post about gas tank removal on this vehicle. I got the gas tank off. The problem I am having right now is getting the fuel pump undone from the fuel lines. It is not the quick connect kind. I has a screw in nut on 2 of the 3 lines. I wish I had a picture of it to show, but I am sorry I don't. Anyone know how to get these nuts (they are like a compression nut) loose? I sprayed PB Blaster on it several times. Please help.

Thanks in advance
Becky

It's just a threaded nut that likely got corroded. It has an "O" ring seal under it. If it got that corroded, it may not come apart because you can't use heat in that situation. If you can't get it loose with penetrating oil, then you may have to replace both ends.
