I have a pair of Vortec Heads #772. I am thinking of useing on my 93 C1500 , 4.3 I know what I need to make them fit but what about how it will run with the TBI and the OEM computer chip?. Is there anything I can get from a junkyard that would help?

Recent changes need some adjustment here - this is a motorcylcle section and I can't move the thread yet to trucks or even general questions. No matter - check a salvage yard to see what you need to changeover. Likely new head bolts will be needed if compatible at all,
