i just replace my solenoid but my car will not crank its doing nothing the person who fix it said it was the solenoid switch but i dont know know can any one help me

kelvin; Give us year, make, model, engine. When you try to start it, does it make any noise, such as a click or groan?
Battery cables clean? Fully charged? Ect.
