2000 kia sportage put a new master and slave on blead the lines and now i have to pump the clutch peddal to get it to work how do i fix this problem

You have either installed the wrong parts or you just haven't gotten all the air out yet. They are very hard to bleed.

A pressure bleeder is the best way but sometimes just pumping the pedal a couple hundred times works the air to the top and out.
