My 2012 Chevy cruise is making an odd sound and check engine light is on. Here is the video of the engine.

First job is get code reading and post the #s. An illuminated CEL means there's a hard code to tell you one or more could go from there. Do rule out noise isn't obvious or dangerous just looking around for the source it may not be prudent to drive this at all till take care of not enough to go on,
