It means there is a problem with the drivers seat belt latch assembly. There are 3 different B codes that go along with it. It is either shorted to ground, shorted to power, open circuit or resistance is not within specs. To give anymore info, we would need the manufacturers code or codes. They are B2432--B2433--B2434--B2435. These are retrieved with a hif=gh end scanner. The generic code reader probably will not read them. Let us know.
