ford taruas 99 engine runs hot when a/c in on only heater core was cloged replaced that also replaced t-stat still hot is radiator the problem now

If heater core was clogged then the rest of the system can't be so good and should be flushed out too. Is fan to radiator working properly?

fan works fine low and high speed both working. no leaks around water pump or noise.

The radiator is in question as it has to work that much harder when A/C is on. If fans and T-stat are ruled out the radiator is probably the problem,
