pulling a motor out 92 chevy berreta

I have a 1992 berreta gt with a bad motor.I have worked on cars a little but i have never pulled a motor .I need some help in direction on how to do this step by step and if anyone has a 3.1 motor to fit this for sale around Akron, Ohio used.  thanks for your help.
