No wy to get my window down

I have a 1993 Buick Riviera. Recently the inside door panel was taken off because it was loose and we were going to fix it at a later time. The door panel was put in a dumpster so i no longer have it. I can't get the windows down. All the wires are exposed. I tried to get the passenger window down because it still have the panel but it won't work either. Is there anything I can do or buy to make it go down?
