Nissan Altima S 2005 is making banging like sound on hump

I have recently bought 1995 Nissan Altima S.
When I have someone sitting in the passenger seat and I come across a hump while entering underground garage, the car touches something on the hump. When I am sitting alone in the car, it does not make any such sound.
What can be this due to ? is it the spring of the car on passenger side which is not working properly or something else ? How much can it cost to replace this spring?
Is this a part of safety , when we buy a new vehicle ?

jignesh; I'd recommend having the car raised on a lift to inspect the exhaust system. Most of the exhaust systems are supported by, believe it or not, large rubber bands. These will break and allow the muffler/tail pipe to hang low. With the added weight of a second person, may be 'just enough' for the exhaust to be hitting the 'humps'. The Altima doesn't use conventional 'springs'. The front struts have springs, but it is very rare for one of these to break.
