Make New Bill of Sale??? Sign In

Hi Guys i'm new here and I have a friend that is wondering if making a new bill of sale on a car he just bought would be something he'd get in trouble for, or something that would fall under the radar.

He got a car for 11,500 and the seller wrote it for that price. He wants to write it for lower, but the bank has a copy. Is he gonna get in hot water if he writes up a new one, or is it something the DMV doesn't check up on?

It's not really a question on whether he'd get caught of not...It's what will happen to him if he does.
He's be charged with falsifying government documents and fraud. Is it worth it?
