Help with a NASCAR Tire/Wheel specs

Hello,
I have a Goodyear Eagle NASCAR tire. It is a 28 x 15 x 10 size.
I want to get a wheel for it to have it mounted and then hang it
in the garage for some much needed decoration.
How do I know what size wheel I need to buy to have it mounted on?
Any help is greatly apprrciated!!

You have answered your own question. Go to a tire shop with the tire and ask them to mount in on a chrome or black spoke truck wheel. It will look like a real setup. Do everybody a favor . After they mount it take the pressure down to about 5 psi . It will still look full. If that thing falls and at max psi it will bounce all over the freaking place.
