i have a 1994 grand am 4cyclinder quad 4 i have a few things going on i tried taking it to two different mechanics and they tell me nothing is wrong. here is my problem .
1) about once a week espcially after the car has been running for a while it will start to squeel then when i stop like to get gas and start it back up it dont do it any longer .. so what could that be???
2) when i stop sometimes you can hear a rubbing(grounding sound) but it does not do this all the time.. i noticed that it has started here recently espcially when its so dry outside
3) my stero sometime the sound will go in and out and skip from speaker to another
any help will be appreicated since i cant seem to get any strait answers when i go to a garage and they cant tell me whats wrong

See if the belt is at the end of it's self tensioning span. Belts can make some wild noises and can just come and go. If it seems ok - put some silicone grease on it. It may slip for a minute and quit that and stay quiet longer or perhaps permanantly if you do that just once in a while.
I doubt the radio has anything to do with this but who knows?
