Hello, i'm considering purchasing a 2003 mercury sable sedan, 64,141 miles, 3.0L 6cyl. I'm wondering how reliable these cars are and any other information previous owners or experts know.

Have you gotten any info on this car. Also considering making a purchase. Mercury is #2 on JD powers most reliable list. The cars drive smooth and come with loads of extras for a good price.

I am driving one and enjoying it

The 3.0L is a solid power plant. if it has been maintained well it will perform well for you.

my sister has a ford tauras which is basically the same and she never had any problems with it utnil after she wrecked it. the parts are easy to come by and there reliable cars i give it a thumbs up on getting it
