I got a quote of $800 to change the spark plugs on this vehicle. How can that be justified?

Has anyone inspected this car yet?. This engine has a known problem with spark plugs breaking off. If any of them break off the price would be reasonable but if they do not it’s high ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
