first timer. need some help. this rining seems to be a warning of some sort, but can't find anything in the books on it. am giving the car to my daughter for her 16th b-day, but want to correct this problem. especially if it is significant. has this been experienced by anyone?

The ringing you are hearing is probably insurance agents trying to call you to insure a 16yr. old girl driving a 160mph car.
