1999 dodge intrepid

i have a 1999 dodge intrepid that runs rough. i checked all the spark plugs there good. i checked the compression i have no compression in 1 & 2 but compression in all the other cylinders is good. i did a wet check in both 1 & 2 and still no compression. whats next??
