It sound very good however you got one major problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your appraisers are not qualified or has the experience needed to write an estimate on how any of these cars can be restored to pre-loss as close as humnanly possible as to quality, appearance and value!!

The only consideration your staff are trained on are how to save on the repair cost, Your shops are selected based on their cost cutting ability not on their tecnical ability and quality of repairs.

prove me wrong, I will examine 100 cars your shops completed for free NO cost to you , I will pick them up from a random list, If the result is positive you can announce the result to every one around the country and if the result is negative!! now you can pay your insured to re-repair their cars over at the shop of their choice.
