SUMMARY: The Pininfarina Sintesi concept with it's hydrogen-electric fuel cells debuted at the Geneva Auto Show. The all-green sinesti gives you a range of 150 miles before you need to recharge it. It also has a highway communication system called Clancast installed in the concept.
