Powertrain Warranty HELP! Login - Sign Up

I have an 03 dodge neon with 64k miles. I purchased used. I called Dodge and they do transfer the powertrain warranty to the second buyer. Now my transmission went out and I need it replaced. How do i make sure they don't screw me over since i don't have records of the upkeep since I am not the original owner?

They should be able to run the VIN and see if any repairs were completed at the Dodge dealers anywhere. If you explain you are second owner, they should not charge you.
