72 ford econoline 200 eletrical ?'s

I'm having trouble with my eletrical. I've replaced the battery starter cylinoid, alternater (twice), and regulator. And I'm still not getting a complete circuit, and it's draining the battery. Can anyone provide helpful answers?

You are decribiing two diff problems.First go to a parts house that will do a full charging system/batt test. If ok go to our search box and look for how to do a draw test.
