1978 jeep cj5 transfer case shifter frozen

I have a 1978 Jeep CJ5 Manual 4WD - The transfer case does not want to shift - there are 2 plungers and a bar all of which are somewhat rusty - is there a product that can be sprayed on it to free it up?
Any other advice??
