None of my turn signals turn on (inside or outside) and when i hit the brake both signals on the dash turn on. The fuse isn't blown out and all the bulbs work. I think its in the wiring somewhere but I don't know where to begin trying to fix it. Help?

Sounds like a bad turn signal switch in the steering column. The brake lights pass through it so the turn signals can cancel the brake lights and visa versa.
