1961 Thunderbird Correct Wheels Sign In

I bought a 1961 Thunderbird hardtop with 14" aftermarket wheels installed and want to replace with correct 14" steel wheels and regular wheel covers. Does anyone know where I can buy steel wheels and how do I make certain they are correct for this vehicle? I know they are 14" but what other measurements should I look for? Thanks.

I'll give my buddies a plug at Baker's Auto. If you are going for it with this car you'll want nice OE stuff. I'd bet the wheel is different than 1964,5+6 when it was deeper dished for the first disc brakes.

I have no connection with this place but they got me thru a full resto with NOS stuff for a 1969. Ask for Steve Ouellette. Expect it to cost but this is a "one stop place" for the 1961 - parts and full info,
