The sun visor on my 2004 Nissan Altima wont stay up.
I can pull it off the arm but can not see how to tighten it.
Now I have double side tape holding it up. That looks like crap and wont stay for long.
The next good bump and it will flop down again.
Any ideas?

Certainly would be easier to suggest if I had it in hand. Is there a metal rod going into the upholstered part of visor?

A or B : There may be a way to bend the rod for more friction or if the vinyl or fabric covering of the visor is concealing a roll of metal perhaps a sharp center punch to dimple it would give it the friction it needs. Either is kinda faking it but might be neater and last longer than the duct tape trickCool
