honda help!!!! Login - Sign Up

i wrecked my 1996 honda accord ex v6 about a month and a half ago. The motor is in good condition with only 143000 miles on it. I have found a 1994 honda prelude with out an engine in it. Is it at all possible to put the engine from my honda accord into the honda prelude? If so how much trouble would it be??

P.S. i know that normally when an engine swap happens between an accord and a prelude its the other way around where u put the prelude engine into the accord.

thanks for the help

First - not worth it. You will need VIN#s from each vehicle to see what can or can't swap. Probably not much. They are different models and different years. Do yourself a favor and just buy a whole car and work from there,

You are registered so should have full view of site and it's areas. Like anything new it takes some getting used to. Look for dates of posts if it matters for a question or suggestion you may have. Look for where it says you can make your own new post.

IMO - this site is easier to navigate than most. Take a look around forums and you'll get the feel of it.
