I HAVE A 1994 CHEV PICKUP 4X4 AND I CANNOT GET THE BACK BRAKE DRUM OFF THERE IS NO PLUG TO REMOVE TO BACK THE BRAKE OFF.

Is the drum stuck to the hub with rust or the shoes hung up by being trapped by a rusty ring that doesn't allow clearance.
If stuck fast to hub get some PB on there, file down rust as best you can on thte center hub and then the good old hammer to get it free usually works.
Which problem is holding in on?
