Hi,
I was told the protective coating on my 94 Mazda Protege is coming off in spots. Is there a way to go about getting all of it off?

The clear coat on the paint. It's coming off on the hood, trunk and top of the car for now. I used a scraper but I think that it's taking off the paint also.

Of course it will. The clear coat is paint just like the base color. The only thing that can be done is to prep it just like normal paint and refinish it.
